Spring Living Retirement Communities (springliving.ca) is a boutique, rapidly growing Canadian senior living owner/operator, who currently owns and operates retirement communities in Ontario and Quebec. The company has an ambitious growth plan to expanding through acquisition of mid-market retirement residences across Canada over the next 5 years. REPORTS TO: Regional, Director of Operations
Starting Salary: $70,000.00 Per Year
Current Opportunity

The Regional, Sales Support reports to the Regional, Director of Operations. Responsible for supporting the assigned retirement communities with driving occupancy growth, local marketing strategies (hospital/community advertisements, outreach, etc.), leading and executing sales strategies, and leading the performance of community sales teams within the assigned region. This role ensures that each community executes sales strategies effectively and achieves monthly and annual targets aligned with company objectives. All duties are performed in the best interest of the residents and their families, and in accordance with Spring Living’s Vision, Mission and Values statements.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the sales performance of the assigned retirement communities to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue goals.
• Analyze local market conditions, occupancy trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Identifies sales trends specific to the community and residence and reports findings, including building and executing action plans.
• Tracks sales activity in CRM database and analyzes reports to identify sales trends specific to the retirement community and local region.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure targeted campaigns, events, and outreach programs are aligned with community occupancy and revenue goals.
• Sales coverage assistance across the assigned communities in tandem with Executive Director contribution.
• Deliver ongoing sales training, coaching, and development programs to enhance team competency and consistency.
• Onboard and mentor new Sales Consultants to ensure quick ramp-up and adherence to company sales methodology.
• Foster a performance-driven culture through accountability, recognition, and professional growth opportunities.
• Partner with Regional, Director of Operations in forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on expenditures from funds allocated to the marketing budget.
• Develop and maintain business development plans for successful outreach in the assigned communities.
• Drives referrals and traffic. Creates, retains and grows a portfolio of strategic networking partnerships with the local healthcare community and within the community at large. Build a qualified referral channel database.
• Performs other related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in front-line and/or inside sales role (experience in senior living is an asset).
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint (experience working with a CRM system is an asset).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including written/verbal English.
• Experience in outreach, networking. developing and building customer relations.
• Able to work with a strong sense of urgency to deliver results; strong operational skills.
• Good at setting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly goals.
• Team player; highly collaborative; leveraging resources throughout the organization to achieve results.
